Job summary

AllCare is seeking a talented 3D Motion Graphics Designer to turn scripts and storyboards into polished 3D animations, product visualizations, and branded motion content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations.

You will own the creative process from modeling to rendering, collaborate with marketing and product teams, deliver multiple directions quickly, and maintain a consistent visual identity across channels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in 3D design, motion graphics, animation, or a closely related creative role.
• A portfolio or reel demonstrating polished commercial, technology, product, or brand-focused 3D and motion work.
• 3D Expertise in Blender or Cinema 4D including modeling, animation, lighting, materials, texturing, and rendering.
• Motion & Post-Production proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro with strong compositing and editing skills.
• Solid understanding of typography, composition, color, lighting, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating professional content for brands, technology companies, products, or digital marketing.
• Ability to take a creative brief, script, storyboard, or rough concept and independently develop it into a polished final asset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, managing multiple projects and taking ownership from concept through delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• 3D Design & Animation: Create high-quality 3D models, environments, animations, and visual effects for marketing, brand, and product content.
• Motion Graphics: Design and animate engaging motion graphics that translate complex ideas into clear visual stories.
• Product Visualization: Build polished product and technology visualizations that showcase platforms and services.
• Brand Storytelling: Transform static assets into dynamic video while maintaining a consistent visual identity.
• Video Editing & Compositing: Own post-production including transitions, typography, sound integration, and final editing.
• Lighting & Rendering: Create lighting, materials, textures, and renders optimized for quality and speed.
• Multi-Channel Creative: Produce assets for paid and organic social media, websites, digital campaigns, and more.
• Creative Iteration: Produce multiple directions and refine through final delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, content, product, design, and leadership to translate objectives into visuals.
