Efficient Living Group, parent of Lifely, is seeking a Multimedia Designer to blend motion design, video editing, graphic design, and product storytelling. You will create short-form videos, motion graphics, UGC edits, paid-social assets, product demos, studio content, and supporting static designs.

The role demands balancing creative vision with accurate product representation, strong pacing, platform guidelines, and reliable delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of commercial motion, video editing, multimedia, or digital content experience.

Aufgaben

• Repurpose UGC into paid ad content.
• Leverage AI tools to produce AI generated content for paid channels.
• Create engaging static, motion and reel ads for meta, instagram and other channels for evergreen and marketing campaigns.
• Build strong hooks, pacing, captions, and calls to action.
• Stay on top of content trend and AI knowledge.
• Contribute to concepts, storyboards, shot lists, scripts, and production plans.
• Attend and support studio or in-house content sessions.
• Identify missing assets, production risks, and technical blockers early.
• Take the lead on smaller projects when required.
• Use CTR, CVR, CPC, ROAS, retention, and feedback signals to improve future edits.
• Create testable variations without changing the core message by accident.
• Work with media buyers and creative leads to understand performance.
• Improve the first seconds, clarity, pacing, and product demonstration.
• Work closely with Mansell, designers, copywriters, ecommerce, performance marketing, and brand teams.
• Explain creative decisions, respond professionally to feedback, and revise quickly.
• Check spelling, captions, claims, product accuracy, audio, timing, links, ratios, and export quality.
• Prepare 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, and other required formats.
• Maintain clean editable project files and clear version control.
