Job summary

Brain Co. is seeking a motion designer to define Brain Co.'s motion vocabulary across marketing and product demos. You will own time-based media from launch videos to conference visuals and collaborate with product design to embed motion principles in the product.

You’ll lead AI tooling for motion work, select tools, and shape a visual vocabulary that scales with the company. This is an authorship role with hands-on creation and a growing brand system.

Qualifications

• Brand designer with motion focus and typography foundation.
• Ability to create a cohesive motion system for a brand.
• Experience defending design decisions in critiques.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Brain Co.’s motion vocabulary across marketing, product demos, social, events, and film.
• Extend the brand identity into time-based media from launch videos to conference visuals.
• Partner with product design to embed motion principles in the product (ease, transitions, micro-interactions).
• Build high-impact demos and films to help win new business with governments, healthcare, and critical industries.
• Establish a framework for AI-assisted motion production: tools, workflows, and visual system.
• Produce finished work personally; build your reel as part of the role.
