Job summary

JobGether, based in the United States, seeks a Business Analyst - Mortgage Technology to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams in a mortgage finance environment. Analyze usage, gather complex requirements, and translate them into clear functional solutions.

Youll work across discovery through testing, support UAT, and help optimize critical systems while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Remote-friendly, travel may be occasional.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience at Analyst level.
• Experience in mortgage, technology, or secondary market environments.
• Experience gathering and translating requirements into functional designs.
• Strong QA, testing, and technology implementation knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, review, and document system and user requirements from stakeholders.
• Define project goals, scope, timelines, priorities, and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into detailed specifications for development and testing.
• Monitor system usage and identify inefficiencies in user workflows.
• Assist with UAT including preparation, execution, and issue management.
• Support product and system demonstrations and stakeholder communications.
