You will translate objectives into detailed requirements, support Agile delivery, coordinate testing, and help drive change across the organization with strong analysis, documentation, and communication.

This role requires a Bachelor's and 7+ years of experience in mortgage-related programs.

Qualifications

• 7 years advanced work in area of specialization.
• Experience supporting mortgage insurance, mortgage lending, underwriting operations, loan origination, or financial services technology initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile environments and supporting product-based delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for strategic initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into detailed functional requirements, business rules, user stories, processes and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain business requirements documents, use cases, and business process flows.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify dependencies, risks, assumptions, and impacts of proposed changes.
• Support implementation of new operating models and underwriting modernization initiatives.
• Assist with test planning, scenarios, and sign-off; support deployment preparation and post-deployment activities.
