Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced Technology Analyst to monitor and analyze system usage, design solutions, and craft specifications for improvements across our systems. You will work with technology teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed designs and drive quality initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in mortgage/technology, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to evolving scopes.

Qualifications

• College degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in industry, Senior Analyst or Analyst level role.
• Over five years in mortgage/technology/secondary market experience.
• Training in finance/mortgage banking desired.
• QA/Technology Analyst experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, analyze, and document system/user requirements from business users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines.
• Respond to changes in project scope, priorities, or requirements by adjusting plans and priorities.
• Assign tasks as directed by manager.
• Analyze information from users, surveys, and usage statistics to strengthen requirements.
• Promote and support department goals and objectives.
• Communicate feedback/status of staff to manager.
• Track, organize, and prioritize assigned projects.
• Work on projects to completion within required time frames and report delays.
• Translate business requirements to detailed functional designs for development and testing.
