Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mortgage servicing or related fields.
• Past experience managing account relationships at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain annual contact with assigned accounts through in-person meetings to assess satisfaction and service issues.
• Coordinate with account manager on actions from meetings and with other teams as needed.
• Coordinate relationship reviews to monitor satisfaction and improve the relationship.
• Identify product/service enhancements based on client feedback and present ideas to management.
• Educate client management and staff on products, services, and processes.
• Provide escalation for clients beyond the account manager.
• Prepare trip summaries for senior management and account managers.
