Job summary

The Change Company is seeking an Account Executive to proactively solicit and analyze mortgage loan applications for purchase or refinance in a fully remote role with an Anaheim, CA presence. You'll interview clients, explain options, and prepare comprehensive lending packages.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in lending, an NMLS license (or ability to obtain), and strong communication, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of lending or related field experience required.
• NMLS license and state licensing (or ability to obtain within 90 days) required.

Responsibilities

• Solicits, analyzes, negotiates and verifies mortgage loan applications.
• Interviews clients to understand lending needs for purchase or refinance.
• Explains mortgage options and prepares lending packages.
• Assists clients with mortgage applications and reviews documents for accuracy.
• Reviews loan applications, credit histories, and repayment capacity.
• Maintains knowledge of local real estate markets and lending regulations.
