Job summary

Mortgage Quality Management and Research, LLC (MQMR) is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for a fully remote, US-wide role with 10–40% travel. You will drive new business, cultivate executive-level relationships, and deliver tailored audit, risk, and compliance solutions to mortgage lenders and servicers.

You will own the sales cycle from discovery to close and collaborate with internal experts to win deals.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in mortgage industry sales with consultative selling expertise.
• Established relationships with executives across lenders/servicers.
• Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales targets.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and territory-focused.
• Strong ability to ask thoughtful questions and present value.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by identifying, prospecting, and closing opportunities with lenders and servicers.
• Build and leverage relationships with key decision-makers.
• Deliver tailored audit, risk management, and compliance solutions.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to proposals and closing.
• Develop territory/account plans to grow pipeline and exceed goals.
• Collaborate with internal experts to craft compelling proposals and demos.
• Represent MQMR at industry events to generate opportunities.
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecasts in HubSpot.
