Job summary

Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc. seeks a Client Support professional to administer and manage relationships for subservicing accounts typically under 1,500 loans. You will ensure quality service, provide rapid response, and maintain clear communication links between Dovenmuehle and clients.

The role requires five years of mortgage service experience, strong written and verbal skills, and a Bachelor’s degree. The position offers hybrid work, competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of the mortgage lending and mortgage servicing industries.
• Minimum of five years of mortgage service experience including strategic account management and client services.
• Outstanding verbal and written client communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills including business operations and financial management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain weekly contact with assigned accounts to identify, research, and resolve questions, service quality issues, and requests.
• Coordinate internal research and response among all Dovenmuehle departments for inquiries from accounts.
• Coordinate quarterly relationship reviews with senior management of Dovenmuehle and the client.
• Identify product and service enhancements based on client feedback and present ideas to the Division Manager.
• Evaluate the use of optional services to ensure optimum service levels for each client.
• Monitor billing to evaluate opportunities for revenue enhancement or cost reductions.
• Maintain status reports for all assigned clients and provide timely summaries of client contact.
• Complete annual regulatory compliance training.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
