Job summary

Midland Mortgage, a division of MidFirst Bank, is seeking energetic Contact Center Agents to support mortgage loan servicing via inbound and outbound calls. You will help customers with payments, documents, escrow, payoff, and related questions while maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering empathetic service.

The role offers varied full- and part-time schedules during 8 AM–7 PM Monday–Friday and 9 AM–1 PM Saturday, plus a bilingual pay premium for Spanish-English speakers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required (college degree or some college preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in high‑volume or fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Candidates with previous call center and/or mortgage servicing experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate in fast-paced call center addressing customer inquiries and issues.
• Take ownership of the customer experience, meeting performance benchmarks.
• Respond empathetically, building trust and maintaining composure during challenging interactions.
• Document all communication in compliance with regulatory guidelines and escalate complex cases.
