Job summary

U.S. Bank in Nashville, TN is seeking a Mortgage Loan Origination Supervisor to lead a small team of originators and ensure timely processing, underwriting, and closing. You will build referral networks with real estate brokers and builders and promote customer relationships across U.S. Bank Home Mortgage.

The role requires NMLS registration, background/credit checks, and driving 2+ hours per week. Remote work is posted, with on-site presence three days per week for local candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of mortgage sales experience.
• Must be able to drive 2+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities for mortgage loan origination for a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators.
• Establish referral source relationships with real estate brokers, builders, and other external sources.
• Recruit and interview new talent and proactively retain employees through development and engagement.
• Collaborate with U.S. Bank Home Mortgage and other lines to grow customer relationships and cross-sell products.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage industry issues and regulatory requirements.
