Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Mortgage Sales Supervisor to lead a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators, ensuring timely collection of documents for processing, underwriting and closing. You will establish referral sources and drive loan volume while maintaining compliance with NMLS requirements.

You will interview and develop talent to sustain strong performance across the mortgage team. Applicants should have at least two years of mortgage sales experience and be prepared to meet licensing,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of mortgage sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities related to loan origination for a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators.
• Establish referral source relationships to maintain loan volume from real estate brokers, builders and others.
• Recruit and retain talent through coaching and development.
• Collaborate across U.S. Bank Home Mortgage and other lines to grow customer relationships and product sales.
• Understand and apply NMLS registration and related requirements.
