Job summary

Role involves active loan sales away from bank locations, with at least 50% of time in field activities. Remote posting with an on-site requirement for nearby candidates, plus driving 2+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration under SAFÉ Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, and ongoing compliance with registration requirements
• High school degree or equivalent
• Two or more years of Mortgage, Sales, or Real Estate experience

Responsibilities

• Originates mortgage loans in an assigned metropolitan territory
• Takes applications, conducts preliminary underwriting reviews, and submits loan applications for processing and underwriting approval
• Ensures required documents for processing, underwriting, and closing are secured promptly from appropriate sources
• Engages in loan sales and sales-related activities away from U.S. Bank locations, and spends at least 50% of time away from locations
