Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day loan origination activities for a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators.
• Establish referral source relationships to maintain steady loan volume.
• Collaborate with U.S. Bank Home Mortgage and other lines to grow customer relationships and product sales.
• Interview and recruit new talent and development of employees.
