Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Origination Supervisor to oversee a small team and drive loan origination objectives. You will manage daily workflows, ensure timely document processing, and build relationships with brokers, builders, and external sources to sustain loan volume.

The role requires NMLS registration and compliance with SAFÉ Act standards. It may be remote with on-site expectations for nearby locations, and involves real estate and banking industry collaboration within U.S.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of mortgage sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products/services, operations, and current market trends.
• Familiarity with underwriting requirements for FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA and local programs.
• Excellent customer service/relations and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of a small Mortgage Loan Originator team.
• Establish referral source relationships with real estate brokers, builders and external partners.
• Recruit and develop talent, ensuring employee engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with U.S. Bank Home Mortgage and other lines to grow customer relationships and product sales.
