Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Origination Supervisor to lead a small team and drive loan production across mortgage products.

The role involves recruiting, coaching, and building strong relationships with real estate brokers, builders, and other referral sources to maintain a steady loan pipeline. Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of mortgage sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products/services and underwriting basics.
• Able to develop referral relationships with brokers and builders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators.
• Meet annual loan origination volume goals set by management.
• Establish referral sources and maintain partnerships within U.S. Bank Home Mortgage.
• Interview and recruit new talent and drive employee development.
