Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of mortgage sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators.
• Meet annual loan origination volume goals established by upper management.
• Establish referral sources with real estate brokers, builders and other external sources.
• Collaborate with U.S. Bank Home Mortgage and other business lines to grow customer relationships.
• Interview and recruit new talent and retain employees through development and engagement.
