Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Mortgage Loan Originator Supervisor to lead a small team and drive loan origination volume.

You will secure required documents, partner with real estate professionals, and coordinate with internal teams to grow customer relationships across mortgage products. The role requires management of processes, adherence to NMLS guidelines, and active engagement with industry associations to stay ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of mortgage sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day loan origination activities for a small team.
• Ensure documents for processing, underwriting, and closing are secured in a timely manner.
• Meet annual loan origination volume goals set by management.
• Establish referral sources with real estate brokers, builders and external partners.
• Collaborate with U.S. Bank Home Mortgage and other lines to grow customer relationships and sales.
• Interview and recruit new talent, and retain employees through development and engagement.
