Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two or more years of mortgage sales experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities for a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators.
• Ensure documents for processing, underwriting, and closing are secured timely.
• Develop referral sources from real estate brokers, builders, and other external sources.
• Recruit new talent and retain employees through development and engagement.
• Comply with NMLS registration and background/credit checks.
