Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of mortgage sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day loan origination activities for a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators.
• Ensure documents required for processing, underwriting, and closing are secured in a timely manner.
• Establish referral source relationships with real estate brokers, builders, and other external sources.
• Collaborate within U.S. Bank Home Mortgage and other lines to grow customer relationships and product sales.
• Interview and recruit new talent and retain employees through development and engagement.
