Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years of experience as a Retail Mortgage Loan Originator.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist Regional Manager in leadership of Mortgage Loan Originators to achieve production goals.
• Maintain a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans and recruit, interview and train elite talent.
• Promote a sales environment through coaching and marketing materials; liaise between Home Mortgage and other departments.
