Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two+ years of experience as a Retail Mortgage Loan Originator.
• Experience in sales and team leadership preferred.
• Knowledge of mortgage products/credit processes and current market trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mortgage Loan Originators to achieve production goals.
• Maintain a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans.
• Recruit, interview and train elite talent.
• Coach staff and develop marketing materials and sales training.
• Act as liaison between U.S. Bank Home Mortgage and other departments.
• Establish collaborative partnerships with other business lines within U.S. Bank.
