U.S. Bank is seeking a Mortgage Regional Manager to lead Mortgage Loan Originators, drive production, and manage a regional team. The role includes recruiting, coaching, and maintaining a strong pipeline of retail mortgage loans, with responsibility for staff development and cross-functional collaboration.

The position requires NMLS registration under the SAFE Act, a background/credit check, and may involve driving several hours weekly. Remote or onsite arrangements may apply based on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years of experience as a Retail Mortgage Loan Originator.

Responsabilités

• Assist Mortgage Retail Regional Manager in leadership and management of Mortgage Loan Originators.
• Maintain a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans.
• Recruit, interview and train elite talent, and manage performance.
• Establish collaborative partnerships with other business lines.
