Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Mortgage Retail Regional Manager to lead Mortgage Loan Originators, drive production goals, and promote operational excellence across the region.

You will recruit, train, and retain elite talent while building strong relationships with mortgage channels. You will maintain a personal loan pipeline, mentor staff, and coordinate with Home Mortgage and other departments to align business goals with market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two+ years of Retail Mortgage Loan Originator experience.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies and leadership.
• Ability to drive production and develop talent.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mortgage Retail Regional Manager in leadership and management of Mortgage Loan Originators to reach production goals.
• Maintain a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans.
• Recruit, interview, and train elite mortgage sales talent; manage performance.
• Act as liaison between U.S. Bank Home Mortgage and other departments.
