Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Mortgage Retail Regional Manager to lead Mortgage Loan Originators, drive production goals, and ensure regional profitability. You will recruit, interview, and train elite talent, and actively participate in local mortgage associations to stay ahead of industry trends.

The role supports a remote posting with onsite requirements for near locations (three days per week) and requires NMLS registration, background/credit checks, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Two or more years of experience as a Retail Mortgage Loan Originator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mortgage Retail Regional Manager in leadership and management of Mortgage Loan Originators to achieve production goals.
• Maintain a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans.
• Recruit, interview and train elite talent; manage performance and retention.
• Promote sales environment through training and coaching; create marketing materials.
• Act as liaison between U.S. Bank Home Mortgage and other departments.
