U.S. Bank is seeking a dynamic leader for Mortgage Retail Regional Manager responsibilities in a fast‑paced market. You will guide Mortgage Loan Originators to achieve production goals, train top talent, and drive growth across the region with strategic partnerships and effective marketing initiatives.

You will ensure compliance with NMLS requirements, manage a personal pipeline, and collaborate with other lines of business to optimize performance and customer outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years of experience as a Retail Mortgage Loan Originator.
• Willingness to obtain or maintain NMLS registration and comply with applicable licensing requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage Mortgage Loan Originators to meet regional production goals.
• Recruit, interview and train elite talent; retain and manage performance.
• Promote sales environment through training, coaching, and marketing materials.
• Serve as liaison between U.S. Bank Home Mortgage and other departments; build cross‑line partnerships.
