Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking a QC Auditor to ensure mortgage origination files meet top-quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will audit files against agency guidelines, prepare clear reports, and communicate findings effectively.

Qualifications

• Must have mortgage origination underwriting experience.
• 10+ years mortgage origination underwriting experience to FNMA, Freddie Mac, VA, FHA and/or USDA guidelines as well as non-QM/non-conforming investor guidelines.
• Proven working knowledge of current residential mortgage compliance requirements (RESPA, TILA, Regulation B, AML/BSA, Fair Lending, Dodd/Frank) at state and federal levels.
• Ability to manage a pipeline of mortgage loan files.
• Demonstrated consistent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Audit mortgage loan files for compliance with state/federal regulations, agency underwriting requirements, and client requirements.
• Complete Loan Audit Report clearly and professionally.
• Incorporate feedback and adjust work timely per guidance.
• Email daily production numbers to management.
• Follow policies and ensure timely, accurate work.
• Meet a daily file review quota of 6 files in an 8-hour day with quality.
• Collaborate with Credit Audit Manager to meet audit goals and KPIs.
• Perform other duties as required.
