Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) is seeking a detailed QC Auditor to ensure mortgage origination operations meet quality, regulatory, and customer standards. The role requires extensive underwriting experience and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities include auditing files, producing clear audit reports, and maintaining daily production metrics. Collaboration with the Credit Audit Manager is essential to achieve goals and KPIs while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
• Mortgage origination underwriting experience
• 10+ years of mortgage origination underwriting experience with FNMA, Freddie Mac, VA, FHA, USDA or non-QM guidelines
• 10 years residential mortgage experience
• Knowledge of mortgage fraud detection and prevention policies
• Knowledge of RESPA, TILA, Regulation B, AML/BSA, Fair Lending, Dodd-Frank and related rules
• Ability to manage a pipeline of mortgage loan files
• Attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Word & Excel

Responsibilities

• Audit mortgage loan files for regulatory and client requirements.
• Complete Loan Audit Report with clear, professional wording.
• Receive feedback and implement changes promptly.
• Email daily production numbers to management.
• Follow policies to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Meet daily quota of 6 files reviewed with quality.
• Coordinate with Credit Audit Manager to meet goals and KPIs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
