Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented QC Auditor to ensure mortgage origination files meet regulatory and client standards. You will audit files for compliance with state and federal rules and agency requirements, producing clear, professional findings.

You will collaborate with the Credit Audit Manager to hit audit goals and KPIs, manage a pipeline of files, and communicate production metrics daily. This role requires extensive mortgage underwriting experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
• 10+ years mortgage origination underwriting experience with FNMA/Freddie Mac/VA/FHA/USDA guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of RESPA, TILA, Regulation B, AML/BSA, Fair Lending, and Dodd-Frank.
• Ability to manage a pipeline of mortgage loan files with high accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit mortgage loan files for compliance with state/federal regulations and agency requirements.
• Complete Loan Audit Reports with clear, professional wording.
• Meet daily file review quota of 6 files in an 8 hour day.
• Email daily production numbers to management.
• Follow policies and ensure work is accurate and timely.
• Collaborate with Credit Audit Manager to meet audit goals and KPIs.
• Perform other duties as required.
