Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented QC Auditor to ensure mortgage origination files meet state/federal regulations and client requirements. You will audit files, prepare professional Loan Audit Reports, and communicate findings clearly to management.

The role requires 10+ years of mortgage origination underwriting experience and strong knowledge of RESPA, TILA, and related compliance. Strong attention to detail and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have mortgage origination underwriting experience.
• 10+ years mortgage origination underwriting experience under FNMA, Freddie Mac, VA, FHA and/or USDA guidelines.
• Experience with RESPA, TILA, Regulation B, AML/BSA, Fair Lending, Dodd-Frank and related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Audit mortgage loan files for compliance with regulations and agency requirements.
• Prepare Loan Audit Reports with clear, professional wording.
• Daily production number reporting to management.
• Maintain accurate, timely work according to policies.
• Meet daily file review quota (6 files in 8 hours) with quality.
