Job summary

Knock is redefining the home buying and selling experience with a people-first mindset. This fully remote role supports the bridge loan process, from setup through closing, coordinating with lenders, agents, and borrowers while ensuring compliance and timely closings.

You will handle disclosures, document collection, and accurate loan-level data entry in Meridian Link LOS, contributing to a smooth customer experience across a national remote team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of closing experience in mortgage processing/underwriting preferred.
• Experience handling residential mortgage transactions and cash-out refinances in the last 12 months.
• Strong understanding of mortgage regulations from origination to post-closing.
• Experience managing a large pipeline: 50–60 loans per month.
• Keen attention to detail and thoroughness in work.

Responsibilities

• Work through the bridge loan cycle: setup, disclosures, underwriting, and closing documents.
• Gather required docs and obtain Initial Closing Disclosure signatures for on-time closings.
• Ensure submission requirements are met before processing.
• Review TRID disclosures, APRs, ICDs, and compliance with guidelines.
• Coordinate with lenders, agents, and borrowers and provide loan status updates.
• Enter/verify loan data in Meridian Link LOS and coordinate with settlement partners.
