Job summary

Knock is redefining home financing with its Bridge Loan, helping homeowners buy before they sell. We’re seeking a Mortgage Closing Specialist to manage the bridge loan cycle from setup to closing with cross-functional teams and external partners.

You will prepare TRID-compliant disclosures, calculate advance amounts, audit signed packages, and deliver timely updates to stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of closing/processing experience and thrives in a fast-paced, remote startup

• Strong knowledge of TRID and mortgage regulations.
• Experience in fast-paced, remote startup environments.
