Guaranteed Rate, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Processor to join our team. You will move files from VP sale to UW submission and through to closing, ensuring compliance with investor guidelines and clear communication with borrowers.

You will use Encompass, Outlook, and YBR, review documents, collect fees, manage conditions, and coordinate with Closing Coordinator to ensure timely closings. Remote option within Charlotte area.

Formación

• Experience with mortgage processing and loan file management preferred.
• Ability to follow investor guidelines and company procedures.
• Strong communication with borrowers and team members to keep timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Review loan files and VP directives; ensure all details are accurate.
• Request and review borrower documents; follow up as needed.
• Collect application fees with disclosures and borrower intent.
• Process third-party orders and re-run AUS to ensure approvability.
• Prepare file for UW submission and work toward Clear to Close (CTC).
• Coordinate with Closing Coordinator to ensure timely loan closing.
