Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of loan processing experience preferred.
• Mortgage industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review loan documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Verify borrower information and coordinate with borrowers and originators.
• Order required documents such as credit reports, appraisals, and title work.
• Prepare and submit clean loan files to underwriting for approval.
• Stay updated on FHA/VA/conventional guidelines and regulations.
