Job summary

NVR Mortgage in Charlotte, NC is seeking an organized Loan Processor to support homebuyers through the mortgage process. You will liaise between borrowers, the sales team, and underwriting to provide a smooth experience.

Responsibilities include handling multiple loan files, collecting information, and coordinating closing paperwork, with emphasis on accuracy and timely processing. Prior mortgage experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• At least 2 years of loan processing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of real estate documentation, underwriting policies and procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Positively impact the customer experience and maintain frequent communication with homebuyers.
• Maintain ongoing communication with NVR Mortgage and Homebuilding staff throughout the loan process.
• Manage multiple loan files, collect and record customer information, and ensure timely processing.
• Set up loan files, order exhibits, and follow up on submitted and pending loans.
• Coordinate closing paperwork and ensure accuracy before passing to closing.
