Job summary

Rate is a leading retail mortgage lender seeking a Processor to manage file flow from VP sale to UW submission and closing. You will coordinate borrower communications, verify documents, and prepare loan conditions for underwriting.

The role offers a base salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 per year, with remote options in the Charlotte area. Proficiency with Encompass, Outlook, and YBR, strong organizational skills, and customer-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient with mortgage processing software and tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Note VP directives and review all loan details.
• Collect and review borrower documents and follow up as needed.
• Process orders and ensure proper UW submission for Clear to Close (CTC).
• Coordinate with borrower and third parties to clear conditions.
• Prepare loan commitment letter and upload to EFolder.
• Ensure timely loan closing and funding.
