Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking ambitious loan officers to run their own business remotely under the company umbrella. This role offers uncapped commissions and the freedom to operate with loan products for all borrower types.

Successful candidates will hold an active NMLS/MLO license, have strong regulatory knowledge, and excel in relationship-building with referral partners. Corporate provides administrative, operational, and compliance support.

Qualifications

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• History of closing at least 3-5 units per month.
• Active NMLS/MLO license (required).
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Uncapped commissions.
• Loan products for all borrower types.
• Add additional LO's to your team OR act as an individual LO.
• Licensed in 28 states and growing.
• Administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate.
