Zillow Home Loans, part of Zillow Group, is hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer to originate purchase loans remotely from Indiana. You will guide borrowers from application to funding, delivering a best-in-class customer experience, and leveraging Zillow’s brand and technology.

You may operate in a high-volume, digital environment or a relationship-based model, with incentives and equity awards. Strong KPI performance and regulatory compliance are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience focused on purchase transactions.
• Completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test.
• Physically located in and working remotely from Indiana.
• Proven success in high-volume or agent-centric referral models.

Responsabilidades

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans with proactive follow-up.
• Build relationships with customers and local partners.
• Manage an active pipeline and meet service level metrics.
• Leverage CRM, LOS, and data-driven tools to manage pipelines.
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams.
