Job summary

Zillow Group’s Zillow Home Loans team is hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer to originate home loans for customers within Zillow’s ecosystem. You’ll guide borrowers from first contact to funding, in either a high-volume digital setup or a consultative, market-focused model.

Role emphasizes responsiveness, execution, and performance within a structured, metrics-driven organization, backed by Zillow’s platform and support network. Remote work with Minnesota residency is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with a focus on purchase transactions.
• Completion of CORE Pre-Licensing Education and SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator test.
• Physically located in and working remotely from Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and consultation.
• Build relationships with customers and local partners, including Zillow Preferred Agents.
• Maintain an active pipeline and meet service levels, productivity metrics, and funding expectations.
• Use CRM/LOS and data tools to manage pipeline health and engagement.
