Job summary

Zillow Home Loans, part of Zillow Group’s FinTech division, is seeking a purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to originate home loans for customers within Zillow’s ecosystem. You will guide borrowers from initial contact through funding, in either a high-volume, digital environment or a relationship-based, market-focused model, while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

3+ years mortgage origination experience with purchase focus.
Completion of 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test.
Physically located in Minnesota and eligible to work remotely from MN.

Responsibilities

Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and consultation.
Build strong relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents/partners.
Manage an active pipeline to meet service levels, productivity, and funding targets.
Utilize Zillow CRM and LOS to monitor pipeline health and client engagement.
Partner with centralized processing, underwriting, and closing teams to move loans efficiently.
Deliver a high-quality customer experience via phone, email, and text.
Stay current on market trends and regulatory requirements to tailor financing solutions.
