Job summary

Zillow Group Inc. is seeking a purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to originate home loans for borrowers referred through Zillow’s ecosystem.

You will guide borrowers from initial contact to funding in either a high-volume digital setting or a relationship-driven model, with performance driven by KPIs. Role is remote with restrictions; your principal residence must be in Mississippi, with optional time at a company office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with emphasis on purchase transactions.
• Active NMLS Loan Originator with state licenses or LO under federal bank license.
• Physically located in and working remotely from Mississippi.
• Strong client service orientation with consultative sales skills and deep understanding of the mortgage process.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert company-provided opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and borrower consultation.
• Build relationships with customers and with Zillow Preferred Agents and local partners.
• Maintain active pipeline while meeting defined service levels, productivity metrics, and funding expectations.
• Stay current on market trends, lending programs, and regulatory requirements to provide tailored financing solutions.
