• Customer service skills with clear communication, relationship building and responsive support for diverse clients.
• Working knowledge of mortgage regulations and Equal Housing Opportunity principles.
• Proficiency with loan origination systems, CRM platforms, and standard office software tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple files, and prioritize deadlines.
• State licensing and registration as a mortgage Loan Officer; prior experience in mortgage brokerage or lending is preferred.
