You will manage loan applications from inquiry through closing, coordinate with underwriting, maintain accurate records, and communicate clearly with clients and referral partners while upholding privacy and ethical standards in a remote work environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in loan origination and guiding borrowers through the application process.
• Strong finance knowledge and analytical skills to evaluate income, assets, and debt-to-income ratios.
• Familiarity with underwriting and interpreting lending guidelines and risk assessments.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication to support diverse clients.
