Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Loan Officer at E Mortgage Capital, Inc. NMLS# 1416824. The Loan Officer will consult with prospective borrowers, assess their financial profiles, and recommend suitable loan products aligned with company and regulatory guidelines. Daily responsibilities include taking and reviewing loan applications, gathering and verifying documentation, coordinating with underwriting, and monitoring files from initial inquiry through closing. The role involves providing clear, empathetic communication, explaining loan terms and conditions, and addressing borrower questions to ensure a smooth and transparent process. Qualifications

• Loan origination and Loan Officer experience, including managing end-to-end mortgage files and guiding borrowers through the application process.
