Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as Loan Officers with understanding of end-to-end loan origination.
• Knowledge of current regulations, products, and market trends in the mortgage industry.
• Expertise in mortgage lending, including loan structuring, documentation, and closing procedures.
• Familiarity with underwriting principles and preparing complete files for approval.
• Strong customer service skills, with ability to communicate clearly and manage expectations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage a pipeline, and meet production goals.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with attention to detail and compliance.
• Proficiency with mortgage origination systems and basic office software; comfort with digital communication tools.
• Prior residential mortgage experience preferred; licensing or ability to obtain state licensing is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance/business beneficial.
