Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking a self‑driven Loan Officer to run a remote, commission‑based business under our umbrella. You will build relationships, close loans, and expand your client base with uncapped earnings.

Licensed in 28 states with administrative and compliance support provided by Corporate, you can operate as an individual LO or add to a team, all while controlling your own schedule and growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations.
• Analytical mindset for financial information.
• Sales-oriented with a targets-driven approach.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral partnerships with Realtors, CPAs and financial planners.
• Manage your loan officer business on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Utilize corporate support for admin, operations and compliance as needed.
• Build and maintain a client database for ongoing marketing and referrals.
• Close 3–5 loan units per month and grow the network.
