Caliver Beach Mortgage seeks an entrepreneurial Loan Officer to run a remote, P&L-based business under the Caliver Beach umbrella. Enjoy uncapped commissions, loan products for all borrower types, and corporate support for admin, operations, and compliance.

Licensed in 28 states, you can add LO teammates or operate solo, while building referral partnerships with Realtors and financial planners. A strong track record of 3–5 units closed per month and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners.
• Operate remotely with P&L responsibility under Caliver Beach Mortgage, with corporate support.
• Grow a loan origination pipeline and close 3–5 units per month as a baseline.
• Utilize mortgage lending software and CRM to manage client and partner communications.
