Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking entrepreneurial Loan Officers who want to run their own business remotely under our umbrella. This role offers uncapped commissions, access to loan products for all borrower types, and administrative, operational and compliance support from Corporate.

Licensed in 28 states and growing, you will build referral networks with Realtors, CPAs and financial planners, manage your client database, and close 3–5 units per month as you scale your practice.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license is required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Run your own mortgage loan business remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Uncapped commissions and opportunity to grow through referral networks.
• Administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate.
