Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking entrepreneurial Loan Officers to run their own business under our umbrella on a P&L basis. Enjoy uncapped commissions, access to loan products for all borrower types, and optional team expansion while you work remotely.

We provide administrative, operational and compliance support from Corporate, with licensing in 28 states and growth opportunities across the United States.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong referral network and client base.
• Proven ability to close loans monthly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture referral partnerships with real estate professionals and other networks.
• Manage your loan pipeline from origination to closing.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and company policies.
• Grow your own business under the Caliver Beach Mortgage umbrella.
